to whom this nay cocern,

i had this problem before but unfortunately i didnt
resolved it.

the problem i had was, when this my friend change some
configuration in my pc and suddenly, the message "sync
out of range" keeps on appearing on my monitor. tried to
boot in safe mode but still the message keeps on
appearing.
i'll be thankful to those who can help me.
