Problem with certification service

I have AD2k. I the past I have issued smart card certificates.
I want to issue an other one, but in the
http://my_server/certsrv/certsces.asp page, I get the message "One moment
please. Loading ActiveX control." but nothing happents. I have restart the
www and the certification cervice but nothing. (The site is trusted and I
don't have error messages in my IE)
Do you know what is wrong ?
