I have achieved the A+ certification and then 1 and 1/2
year later the N+ Certification.
Does it still count as a Microsoft MCP?

CompTIA certification is life-time. You can count them toward some Microsoft
certification. However, you have to pass at least Microsoft exam to earn MCP
status.
