Questions About the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) 2002 "Expert" Exams
|
|
|
| I intend to soon write the "Expert" Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)
exams for Excel 2002 and Word 2002. Can you help me with these
questions? Thank you.
How many questions are on the exam?
What is the passing grade?
What is the time limit?
Is there a penalty for guesses? (For example, if you don't answer the
question you lose 1.0 point, but if you answer incorrectly--guess--you
lose 1.25 points.)
Can you skip a question then go back if there is time left?
Does the testing application let you "bookmark" questions that you
skipped so you can easily return to them later?
Do you get scrap paper and a pencil to work out the problems if
necessary?
Do you see the time left on the testing application?
When do you learn if you passed?
If you pass, does Microsoft mail to you a MOUS (now MOS) certificate
with your name on it?
How much does it cost to write each exam?
Do you have any tips to share? I don't mean the test content; I mean
tips for more efficiently answering the questions.

| off the topic, sorry, but ... just curios:

| Ya know, you privately emailed me these questions and I took the time to
answer you. Guess that was a waste of time I'd not recommend to others.
TIP: Study, pay your money and take your chances like the rest of us. If
you fail, you'll know more than all the responses you'll ever get out here.
