>A college degree should always come first. Being

certified simply means that it is possiable to obtain an
entry level job without college education. However, unless
you plan on staying at an entry level job forever it is
necessary to get some type of college degree. A college
degree increases your chance of receiving a better
placement when it comes to the work field.
