Can anyone tell me if there is a time limit on W2K MCSE?
I.E. all exams to be completed within 12 months??

No time limit. Just make sure that you complete the exams necessary for
the certification (4 core, 1 design and 2 electives) before MS retires
the exams.
In other words, if you were in progress on completing your MCSE for NT4,
and did not complete all your exams, it is now too late as the exams
have been retired.
