HELP !!! DLL certification

| Hi !!!
I have the following problem but are 3 week I'm not find solution !
I have written a DLL and I need to obtain a Microsoft Certification for
this library. I contact the italian Microsoft support and they redirect
me on the WinLogo area of the Microsoft site
(http://www.microsoft.com/winlogo). Here I find some solution to obtain a
certification for application, hardware and drivers ... But I not find
nothing to certificate a simple a DLL. People ask me this opportunity of
certitification say me there is a Microsoft link to have more information
but he don't give me this link.... :-(

You could get a better answer from msdn newsgroups (developpers)

I'm sorry if my post is OT but I have posted on the MSDN newsgroup about
this problem but nobody in two days has response to my question
