Does anybody know just how much Macro or VBA is on the
MOUS Test for Word? Also does anybody know if Marking
Citations and features like that are included in the exam?

Sure. Look at cramsession.com's study guide. For the Word 2000
there's none. For Word Expert you have to be able to record and dun a
macro.

If by marking citations you mean footnotes, yes.
