I have several other vendor certifications but I am new to
Microsoft certs.
I was wondering if anyone knows how long it takes (on
average) to get the MCSA.

Thank you in advance ;-)

The MCSA is a new certification so there is not much of a track record.

How much do you know? If you have experience and know the subject matter
it would only take as long as scheduling and taking all of the exams.

Even if you are familiar with the subject matter, you should still try some of the text available for the exams.

Remember, you have to answer the exams the Microsoft way, and there is a very fine line between the correct way, and the MS way.

Microsoft want to hear their version of the best way - not your's. Be careful, and you'll sail through it.

What is the difference between the two? I am curious at why people
say this.
