I use the help wanted and search for skills required...
after a while you get a sense of what is being looked
for... go for the core languages... start simple... and
find other programmers... don't forget to look for online
help.

Look into .net know your basics c, C+, C#, .com .asp vb

That should keep you busy for a week or two. Good Luck
