looking for test practice for MOUS exam

I have a CD here from Nivo, though I can't actually remember where I
got it. I teach MOUSE classes and I think I got it as a promo item,
but there's no contact info on it.
Nivo is who administers the exams, try contacting them. I have no
actual contact info though.
