How to use A+ & Network+ towards MCSA

| I have my 70-210, 70-215, A+, and Network+ certs and
getting ready to take my 70-218 test for my MCSA. I was
wondering if anyone knows how I can submit my A+ and Net+
certs toward my MCSA. Is there a web site that I need to
go to or something? Any help would be appreciated.
