MOS Certifications

| Hi Everyone,
I have a question regarding this certification.. Having just recently
discovered that you can sit exams in Microsoft office.. I was wondering how
useful this is in the real world as a certification. I am particularly
interested in the Microsoft office specialist master instructor.
cheers

| Hi...
I did this certification about a year ago and the Train the Trainer program.
For me it was to make me more marketable in the job market. It paid off, I
am an instructor at a local business college.
I think the selling point was the Instructor Certification I held.
The exams are easy, just know your stuff. Its a good introduction to MS
exams.
Good Luck
Sharon

| Thanks Sharon,
I think that I may as well have some certification for my skills rather than
just tell people "yes I am proficient". As for the teaching aspect.. I am
hoping that because I have taught, ostensibly Office, for over 3 yrs at
university, then I don't have to sit any training courses to prove it.
thanks for the info
Paul
