I took the Boot Camp offered by American Placement and training and I must say that I was impressed with the overall program. The instructors were very knowledgable and presented the information in a clear and concise format. I had reservations about taking the class over the internet, but the voice over Ip was impressive. I took college classes for my MCSE, A+, Net+. If I had to compare the level of instruction giving for an accelerated class I would give them a 10. While the cost of the program is left open for debate, they do deliver on there promises. When you juxtapose the cost along side obtaing an A+, Net+, MCSE, Security +, and MCDST ,Lap Top and training material, Lifetime Job placement assistance, as well as the security in knowing that you can take the exam as many times as necessary, you do get some bang for your buck. They sent everything they said they would ( and piad for everything they said they would) and are listed as a Microsoft Partner( I checked this myself on Microsoft(http://directory.microsoft.com) go there and click on training and on the next screen type "American" under partner name and they will come up.) "IT Skills" is the company that funds the program and their number is 1-888-895-5626. If individuals would do there homework and stop listening to individuals on sites like these who have not even conducted a cursory examination into the situation they are commenting on, or who have something to gain from all the mud slinging, they would get a vastly different opinion of this company. Yes you do not need a boot camp to go and take an examination, but boot camps exist because some individuals need a program like this. Certification is an investment in one's self that opens doors and may vastly improve an individuals overall standard of living.
