This is either a fishing trip, or you are an idiot for making this request
on a Microsoft hosted newsgroup.

Hi John,

We can only do a MSc from one UK university at the moment - University of
Strathclyde. Cost is US$1000 for diploma and transcript, which includes
FedEx
international courier S&H.

Our affiliate for a MCSE is at www.compcerts.com, so please talk to them for
your IT certification needs. Their email address is: compcerts@ziplip.com

Let me know if we can be of assistance.

Regards,

CollegeDiploma

Just load up a Microsoft Publisher template for a certificate and
write yourself up one. Go download the MCSE logo from the Microsoft
Education site and write:

Certificate of Excellence

John River

Has successfully completed the requirements to be recognized as a
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer on Microsoft Windows 2000

Oh and we can't forget about the wallet card too. I guess you can get
scratch up one of your old credit cards and make sure you give youself
a fake MCP ID.

One more thing, you'll need the little pin too that says you're an
MCSE. You can go to one of those bubble-gum machines, get a Britney
Spears pin, scratch her face off and write "Microsoft Certified
Systems Engineer" on it.

Make sure you wear it and bring your wallet card to your next job
interview. They'll never know.

Actually, although you guys mock this fake certification stuff, my friend bought one of their novelty certifications (fake ccna and fake a+) at this compcerts site and he scored a nice paying job in VA. Luckily he has the skills and exprerience to do the job or he'd be found out real fast.

Personally, I think it's morally wrong to abuse "novelties", and I'd never cheat like that, cuz you'll always be looking over your shoulder. But, it worked for him - he's gettng a nice fat $50K job which he never had a chance at b4. Too many paper certs around anyway -- such is the complaint round this board. Wonder how long he'll last.

Yep, and the Vax 11/750. We also had.... I forget the model, but it ran
Tops 20. It was a machine with 4 full size racks, and my PC is 100 times
more powerful. Dang, even my laptop is more powerful

Just before the college got that one, they had a computer that took an
entire room, and could add, subtract, multiply and divide. What made it so
expensive was that it could do trig funtions.... Oooooo, those were the days

house must be expensive where you are.
i bought my house (5 bedroom) for 76k (gbp) 3 years ago... that said it's a
bit of a fixer upper.. or as my wife insisted at the time "full of
potential", which i found is code for.. your going to be busy
