I am trying to activate the display panel to show the tabs of the desktop display properties box. An ex-employee set up user profiles I think, which does not show the screen saver tab or the display tab of the desktop properties display box. How do I display the tabs that are missing? Or do I need to alter the user profile? If I alter the user profile, I need to know where are they located, because I can not locate the profiles.
