The first is from a technical layman, writing in the left-leaning

The above was in response to one from Dan Drezner, globalism cheerleader:

The latter is interesting because it seems at first to take the contrarian
view that the loss of productivity from going to India largely or wholly
offsets the financial advantage. In the end, it seems to stick, weirdly,
to the outsourcing script in that it suggests that there will be more
demand for high-skilled software design and architecture position here. Or
something.
