Here's the resource kit by Microsoft:

You can study 70 270 here by how-to's:

Resource kits for Windows 2000 is available already but if you want Resource
kit for Windows 2003,its not out full yet,only a part of it.

Btw, what you need is "Resource kit" or "Resource kit Documentation". NOT
"Resource kit tools".
Sure you can download resource kit tools too but the exams will cover the
documentation. All exam books are based on this.
