I read this earlier today. Wasn't too happy until I read that the fiscal
year started back in October. That's an extra 3 months. Not to say that I'm
happy about the situation now, but I suppose it's more acceptable to give
away all (or most...) of the H1B's in 4 months than in just 1 month, right?
Or am I trying too hard to be an optimist.

On the bright side, I still have a job.
