Hello rups
Simply, you can't study MCSE without basic knowledge.
Nigeria is very well known to the western world. We get bombarded with
offers to help move anything from US$12 million to as much as US$130
million dollars from bank accounts that have accumulated funds from
Nigerian heads of police, town honoraries, oil company executives,
members of royal families, corrupt officials in banking & finance, arms
dealers, those sympathetic to the incumbant rulers, those unsympathetic
to the corrupt rulers, those who have died without heirs....you get
the idea.
I must say, Nigeria has a disproportionate number of extremely
wealthy dead people who have got nobody interested in their "hidden"
wealth, apart from some trusting individuals who seek assistance from
kind sirs' in foreign countries who may help to clear these funds. The
pay is good; usually from US$5 to US$50 million dollars.
And they only want a few thousand dollars in advance for necessary
bribes and official fees?
Wow. What a deal.
Rups: You may want to look for another field other than IT.
Your country is not one to be encouraged that anybody
would further develop their IT skills. Western people are
somewhat immune to bleeding heart stories from corrupt
countries.
Help is for those who help themselves.
Not for those who help themselves to what other people work hard for.
Go find out what it takes to get MCSE:
