Author Deleted Microsoft Email after my MCP
Ed

2003-08-28, 8:24 am

I sat and passed my first MCP last week 70-215, yesterday
I got an email from Microsoft aboutit which I thought I
would deal with later, I think it was talking about
Microsoft passport and registering etc.
In a deleting frenzy I deleted it this morning and being
the good email user that I am I deleted it completely and
I'm not about to restore it from the Exchange Backup.

Anyone any idea of who I contact to get another email or
what I have to do?

I just passed the same exam last week and received the passport email yesterday. I'm sure mcphelp can help you but you can probably just click on the link for the page and set yourself up to receive your welcome kit. I'm copying the email below for your reference.

You mentioned exchange backup so I'll assume your using exchange. Has the
exchange admin turned on the "Deleted items recovery" if so you may still be
able to get the email back from the dead. just a thought, it saved me at
work last month.
