Sure you could.

RIS with laptops... , you should double check and make
sure you have ALL of the correct drivers FIRST (Microsoft
signed... of course).

Ive never owned a laptop before.....so Im not sure if I
can get a PXE compliant network card for them to do the
RIS stuff.

Can you advise on that? Do PXE network cards exist for
laptops?

slightest clue how stupid that questions is?

Even if you had a computer with a non-pxe compliant nic
all you need to do is build a remote installation boot
disk.
