the answer to your question is yes you can upgrade your
MCSA / MCSE to MCSA: Security
however... the only comptia tests that count for credit
(since there are no electives for the security option) is
Security+ . here is the page for the MCSA:security

so if you complete both requirements you will get both
certs (security and "regular")
