Learn how to search and browse the WWW first.

Then, go to: http://www.microsoft.com/mcp

You'll have to decide what you want to get certified in. MCP is for
anyone who has passed almost any Microsoft test. Find a topic you
like, find some materials for it, study, and take the test.

For some ideas and a few books for the different tests, take a look
here:

http://www.selfstudycerts.com/cert/microsoft/mcp.html

One good one to consider for starting out is a client OS like Windows
XP. Take a look here for information on that test:

http://www.selfstudycerts.com/test/...oft/70-270.html

Good luck!
