| Until Prometric updates their site and sends the results to Microsoft, there
will be no update on the MS site. I do understand what you mean, the slim
possibility that Prometric "forgot " to update their own site? In my
experience it doesn't work that way.
Usually, the Prometric site is updated first, then 1 - 3 days later you will
see the update on the MS site.
I have had similar negative experiences with Prometric, started about 5
months ago. Prior to that I used them exclusively for all my exams. But
after three bad cases the last one took over 3 weeks to resolve, involving 3
phone calls to the local test center, 4 to Prometric and 3 more to
Microsoft..this was after waiting patiently for 2 weeks before really
complaining, my transcript was finally updated. I now use VUE and have not
had a problem since. What made it worse, I took another exam, in the
interim, through VUE, it was posted about the time that Prometric came
through. I was doubly ticked off, not only was it not listed on my
transcript, it was holding up my MCSA.

| You and me got the same negative experience.
Normally, after you had passed your exam, they should replicate the result
within 3 days, and then replicate with Microsoft's transcript sytem. But
somehow, some of my exam results will come up more than 1week.
Now, I have finished another exam almost 2 weeks ago, but so far the result
still not come up. Now I want my certificate in hurry, Prometric keeps
wasting my time.
Prometric sucks, sucks, sucks!!!

(31 days exactly). The result on Microsoft site was updated a few days after
I passed the test, but Prometric site still show pending.
I also took another test 2 days ago. The result is on Microsoft site now,
and the status on Prometric site is "Passed". Well, the new one "Passed",
the previous one "Pending". ;-)
I guess someone on Prometric forget to click a button.
I thik it is so late now, The Rock. You can complain to mcphelp about this.

| MCP may call Prometric, as they did on my behalf...but they can't (won't?)
get into the middle on your behalf. The problem is a case of Prometic
accountability. Maybe, you can fax a copy of your successful completion
certificate to MCP, I believe they cite that as an alternate method of
verifying test completion. Has anyone used that method before?
I am not putting Prometric down, I just think they are going through an
extend bad patch of problems. I hope they get their act together soon. The
exam cent I currently use less comfortable than the one I used to use with
Prometric, besides the receptionist was nice to talk to.

I have already sent email to complain Prometric, but so far they still
didn't reply me yet.

| My Prometric history looks like this.
21. The newest test: 2 days ago: Pass
20. test #20: a month ago: Pending
19. test #19 : Pass
18. test #18 : Pass
All tests appear on my MCP transcript.
Do not loose your mood. Microsoft and Prometric are not much good at
"online" system. I used to think the online system should response within 2
seconds. (I have seen something about 2 seconds is in MCSD.NET exam!) But
the Prometric+Microsoft redefine their system as two weeks. You can announce
your MCSE status to anyone. Your collection of score reports support your
claim. When the test results are uploaded, the date on transcript should
reflect your claim.

| Prometric is a mess. If there is any way, avoid them. They are creating a
new profile for me every time I take an exam. And I am registering with
their ID but they just ignore that. I would look into this possibility too
in your case.

| Now, I would like to announce you people that I'm the second victim to meet
SomChai's situation, I have finished another exam yesterday.
My newest exam's result is "Pass"(just need 1day to update), but that old
exam(2weeks ago) is still "Pending".
I'm so disappointed about their services. I hate prometric!!!
