Trust Relationship

| The company that I work for, is trying to upgrade to Win
2000. In order to migrate to Win 2000, I am trying to
establish a trust relationship between a Backoffice
server, which is our PDC and a Win 2000 server, which is
in a different domain. I am following all the procedures,
but it still doesn't let me establish the trust
relationship. Can somebody recommend me what else can I
do?
