Um, neurological null, It's really quite easy to read headers and see
that you aren't me. Aside from the obvious disparity in ability to
form coherent thought and capitalize sentences, that is.

Really depends on the oven temperature. MCSA batter cooks quickly around 450
degrees Fahrenheit, but the MCSE batter cooks so much better at around 250
degrees Fahrenheit, but it takes twice as long to cook.

I wanted to reply to this but figured most people wouldn't get the irony of
two consecutive words misspelled, not only that, but if you simply transpose
the two incorrect letters between the two words, both are correct.

| Sir Big Mac 2003-03-29, 3:23 pm |
| Sir Big Mac's MCSE pound cake
3 cups cake flour
1 lb (1/2 kg) butter
1 lb (1/2 kg) granulated sugar
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 large eggs
Vanilla extract to taste
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (163 degrees C).
In a large bowl, pour the cake flour and the sugar. Mix using a spoon until
they're mixed extremely well. While mixing the flour and sugar, melt the
butter in a large saucepan or pot on the stove at low heat.
Let the melted butter cool somewhat, then pour into the flour/sugar mix.
Add the eggs, then stir with a mixer while adding the buttermilk. Keep
stirring the mixture until all lumps are gone, adding the salt and the
vanilla extract. Continue stirring until the mixture is smooth without
discernible lumps.
Pour the mixture into a well-greased (buttered) cake pan, either a large
square pan or a full size bundt cake pan. Put in the oven and let cook for
about 1 hour and 10 minutes. Put toothpick into cake, if it comes out clean
it's finished. Remove from oven, let cool in pan for 20 minutes, then
carefully place on serving dish of choice.
