In Brazil where everything is more expensive than anywhere else you can buy
them for $80,00 if you have an International Credit Card or $90,00 direct
from the school or certifying center and you want $105,00???

I think he was referring to the cost of the vouchers, not the tests.

You can buy a voucher at a discount and then give the number to the testing
center or you can go to the test centers website and signup for the exam and
pay $125.

but in essence, on the web site you are purchasing the voucher...

I go to a local college (where the testing center is located) for my
testing... I call them up... they issue me a voucher # and then call
Prometric on my behalf quoting that voucher #. So they can be one and the
same... I guess it just depends on the context used.

Sorry for the confusion
