In part. I guess I'm curious as to why the Transcender folks are
"partners" http://www.microsoft.com/exchange/p...s/otherapps.asp
while testkiller/troy tec was raided by the police at Microsoft's
request? I have my own theories, but I'd like to hear an official
explanation.
