Does anyone here buy from Dell in the UK?

| Since Dell have put in their new order system, have you noticed an 100%
increase in Dell XXXX-ups over the old system? It seems Dell have exceeded
all of their expectations on this one.
Now it takes 1 week to get through to a sales rep, 2 weeks to place an order
and when the order finally arrives after 6 weeks, you get something
completely different than what you ordered.
Can anyone tell me why they have replaced all their account managers with
Baboons?

| i havent had any problems with them. But then we use the Factory
Outlet.....much cheaper!
In fact im about to order 2 laptops and an optiplex. As far as getting
through..if you have an account with them then the best way is to email
rather than use the telephone system (which takes about 20mins before you
get to speak to a human!).
Then just get them to fax the quote and fax back your order.....simple :-)

Perhaps for the same reason that you have trouble figuring out what this
