I have installed windows 2000 DNS server. My primary domain controller is
still NT. My NT domain controller/server is not updating record in DNS. All
windows 2000 server is updating record in DNS.

Any Idea?

Static map critical servers such as DC and DNS machines. You'll save yourself
all kinds of headaches in the long run.

If, for some strange unknown reason this is not possible, make the DHCP server
a member of the DNS Update Proxy group, then configure it to register IP
addresses for clients unable to register their own IP.

Still, I cannot in good conscience recommend anything other than static IPs
for critical servers.
