Can anybody tell me what the hells going on here!

when I connect to the net (dial up) my modem lights are constantly flashing
even if I havent opened a browser!
I ran netstat and Im getting alot of syn_sent info? (SEE BELOW)
Any Idea why?
and can I stop it?
Im running Advanced server.

Are you running IIS? Looks like code red or something similar. Have you done
a virus scan recently?
