| In a Win2000 setup. i'm trying to figure out how stop
users making changes to there desktop settings while a
script is loading, of which takes about 25sec's.
Can anybody help with these situation.

You need to a create GPO that forces the script to be run synchronously and
then apply all it (GPO) appropriately somewhere in Active Directory with
the correct permissions to the ou / domain at the level which is most
suitable for your environment.
