I'll tell you how it sometimes happens to me...
I don't know if it is an issue with Free Agent or my NNTP server, but
sometimes my messages get sent, but Free Agent thinks that they
haven't been sent. It'll keep asking and asking to send them, and
finally, either I make a mistake and select OK, or I leave my news
reader open and someone else closes it and selects OK, and the
messages get sent for the second time, weeks after the first time.
Security isn't my strong point... :-)
