| To try and combat the problem Microsoft was having with
the WinNT "Paper MCSEs" (people that just read the book
and took the tests), they have structured the tests so
that in order to pass it, you have to have some hands-on
experience with the operating system. The books are just a
guide, they're not the end-all be-all of Win2k.
