| hi all,
i am doing my final grad project in wireless.i am thinking of developing an intrusion detection system in windows environment. i will not develop the entire thing because it is divided into modules. but i have to strat it. so how should i proceed can any one help in this because i am left only with 2 months.my first thing on this
first i should be able to detect my network,wireless cards but how to proceed to write them in lowlevel languages like c
is there any documentation anywhere i searched but not able to find it

| The winpcap library is probably your best bet. I believe it works with Microsoft Visual C++. I don't have a website handy, but they have a website on SourceForge. Do a quick search and you should be able to locate it easily.
