This is the first time that I have seen a CWNA (MUST HAVE) requirement from an employer in Canada.

Nice to see the certification achieving what I think is overdue, but well-deserved recognition w/employers (at least in Canada anyway).

For those who may apply, if you search on CWNA, it returns 3 items, which are for the same position-- just different agencies. I believe the contract is w/the Toronto Transit Commission.
