| hello everyone
has anyone tried ad-hoc mode to connect two PCs using cisco aironet client adapter PCI cards.

| I have done it with the PC cards for laptops... or PC card with laptop and PCI card in one desktop, but never PCI to PCI...

no problem, i still have not tried it live!
actually the main security gate is placed some 1 km from building, so i just wanted to connect just one PC there to main communication room.
can u change power level in Cisco PCI or PCMCIA cards?

| yes, it is done through the Aironet Client Utilities (ACU) screen |
