| I have made a decision to create an online class for those who want to join me in my efforts to complete the CWSP certification. There is NO COST associated with this course but you must have the courseware. Best price I've found for the book is $41.95 at www.bookpool.com. Reference the ISBN Number of 0-07-223012-6.
I suspect that there are a number of you who are interested in obtaining this certification. What I hope to accomplish is to utilize the efforts of all participants to help us all pass this certification exam.
Each of us brings special skills to the group. If you are interested in participating, enrollment is a simple process. Simply point your browser to http://slinthicum.pageout.net. Click on the CWSP class (second in order). Click the link to register as a student. Fill out the info. After you have registered I will need to activate your account. The enrollment period will remain open for the next ten (10) days. I've set as a completion date, August 3rd. My goal is to complete certification sometime this summer. I do not know whether August 3rd is a realistic timeframe, but we can extend the term if necessary.
This instructional web service is provided by McGraw-Hill, publisher of the Official CWSP courseware. Participation is a key element. No lurkers allowed. We will all have to contribute for this concept to work successfully.
What I hope to gain in this effort (other than CWSP certification) is the development of classroom materials that can help me when I formally add the course to our existing certification offerings in the Spring 2004 semester.

Awaiting activation...
I already have the book, but that is the best price I have seen so far. I got it for ~$50 from Planet3 a few weeks ago, so $42 delivered is a bargain for those that need it.

Awaiting activation as well. Already have the book. I am impressed at how fast you have the site set up. I am an instructor at LTU in Irvine, CA. MCSE, CCNA, Etc.. Can you contact me offline about the software used on the site as well? I would like to prepare a course outline for our fall semester and would like to utilize the materials generated.
