| I just wanted to say that there are alot of kudos due Planet3. I mean, can you imagine writing to Microsoft or Cisco with some issues about one of their tests and have someone admit that there are issues and then go back and review your individual tests to see if you really should have gotten the certification you were seeking? Good luck on that!
So, I have to say kudos to Planet3 for recognizing there are some issues and doing the right thing.

| Not only are they willing to review individual exams, but you actually get a response to your inquires when you submit them via e-mail.
In my case, the CEO, Kevin has been the one to reply to my questions. Planet3 has been helpful throughout my certification process and I have always received answers to my questions in a very reasonable amount of time.
I hope this level of service remains constant, even as people's knowledge about this certification track increase.
