OK all you CWSP certified people. I need some quick study advice. Questions are as follows:

How helpful are the practice questions available at the www.cwnp.com site?

How close does the actual exam follow the content identified in the Exam Objectives?

On a one to ten scale, with ten being the hardest and five equaling the difficulty of the CWNA exam, how would you rate this exam?

What percentage of the exam is devoted to specific wireless security issues compared with general network security issues?

For those interested, I now have time to devote to the online class I started at http://slinthicum.pageout.net. I plan to focus on this exam over the next 30 days, passing it by the end of the month so I can go on and devote the rest of the year to the PMP certification.

Steve:

Glad to hear you are ready to dive into the CWSP study...I have already registered on your site and am looking forward to getting after it.

Since I have not taken the test yet, I am not much help on your questions...while I have had a brief look at the online questions, I do need to dig into them deeper.

Say...are you going to do the same type of study group for the PMP? This is on my list of certs to shoot for and would not mind some group work there as well. Let me know what you think.

Thanks!

On the PMP side, I am actually taking an online class that I managed to get the College's staff development department to pay for. There is a great egroup out there for PMP certification. Go to www.egroups.com and search for the pmpcert group.

A word of advice for those of you interested in the continued learning adventure these certifications provide. Think about teaching in the college environment. Where else can you get a great environment to play in (our labs) and get paid and encouraged to learn.

Well, the corporate environment is not all that bad either...I am building a decent lab and have been to a ton of training...and the pay is generally better!

A tad off topic, but I'll run with it for a moment and take it off line with you Steve if we need to...do you know how well the PMP prep converts over to the CompTIA Project+? What study materials do you recommend? Also...I see you have your CTT+. Did you find that very difficult? What about study materials for it?

Thanks for all of the help! I will certainly check out the group you mentioned.

Thanks!
