After creating a printer, sharing it and checking the "List In Directory"checkbox, this printer will be shared and published on the Active Directory. We can find this printer by searching the AD, but I don't know it's real location on the Active Directory Users and Computer.(in which object or container it will be located?)

You have to select the View Objects As Containers (or something along that line) option from the View menu in AD Users and Computers. The printer will then be listed under the server it is installed on.
