I personally used Sybex, Mike Myers, ExamSimulators and of course freak's guide!
Hands-on would be a great help too. | |

| is meyers any good for m$ exams? i had thought i heard it's best to use his books for a+ and network+ and avoid him for everything else. | |

MM is the series editor. i've read the 210, 215 and 218 and i would recommend the 215 and 218. the 210 is ok, but the frequency of typos and other errors make you question the content.
they provide a table of contents like service for your preperation, outlining with simplicity, the areas that you should focus on for a particular exam, so when you read the MS press or other lab based book, you don't vomit from being inundated with dry info..
plus they are lightweight..try putting a Mark Minasi book in your pocket | |
