Hi Pam,
Just wondering how good SmartForce were for your past exams. To be honest, my friend (enrolled in their online A+ and MCSE courses) gave me their notes but I rarely use it.
IMO, Sybex is a good book and the other test prep software are enough for you to pass the exam. Other members would give you some useful infor. I am working on this exam as well.

| The simulations in smart certify are great but other than that alot of their classes lack knowledge. Their test prep software is really bogus. But I didn't know that till after I had paid for it and now that I have it I will use it. | |

| Try Sybex, Mike Myers, freak's guide and also reading over some 216 and 217 material too since they overlap. | |

When I looked at the structure of SmartForce's simulations and notes, the first impression was if we really understand every topic and do the reading properly, we would pass the exam quite easily. In my friend's case, they even provided money back guarantee as well.
My friend later told me that when he access their website, there's a lot of offline readings recommended. It means that he has to access study guides and books etc... from different publishers. No wonder they guarantee... If you have time to go through all of those materials, you would pass the test.
Anyway, best of luck with your exam preparation. Now I still haven't made up my mind of which one to do first 216 or 218.
Cheers,
