| Yeah my friends, like Michelle says, weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, i passed my 218! This is a great day for me, and this week have been wonderful too! I got a new job and i start in my new employ on february 3th.
The test was not so easy, at least for me. From 1 to 5 i could say it was a 3. Maybe because i get confused on AD topics and questions (my weak point) but thanks GOD, and your advices, i was able to pass!
Yeahhhhhhhhh....virtual beers for all, i'll pay, hahaha. I will write a test feedback in a few hours, i still have to make some calls related to my new job (paper and documents requirments).
Thanks Alex, Luisjo, Michelle, and thanks to all that help me pass and gave me support!
PS: i forgot...a police gave me a ticket for velocity, but he forgive me too (i was at 71mph and the max speed was 65)! hahaha...shhhhhhhhh, keep it secret, hahaha. You see? it's my day...it's my day | |

| Ok fellas....
here's my test's feedback:
I had 50 questions. Most of them were AD and GPO related....a lot! i could say the 1st 10 questions, and a few more questions ahead, GPO questions started again. This was...still is, my weak point, so there was a point in the test that i tought i was in problems, but the networking and troubleshooting questions help me a lot...and GOD too, of course.
Know well permissions inherits and how they work together (NTFS plus Share permission).
I had several question about DNS too, maybe 5, but they was straight forward and fair. Anyway, study well DNS too.
I had a couple of question of networking commands: route, pathping, ipconfig, so...study and memorize switchs for each of 'em. And i said MEMORIZE!! yes...very important.
For me, 218 was more "217" related with a mix of 216, but overall, it was a fair test. Ohh, one more thing...use well your time; i finished the test with just 1 minute remaining!

Ive been wondering what Mcsa exam to take next, This certainly has given me some ideas.

| El es mi N+ se atraca hoja yo usé el año pasado para el examen (NK1-002 nuevo). Está en ninguna manera completa y no debe ser usado como su única fuente. Atraviesa básicamente el todo yo tuve el problema en. | |

ya extrañba tu post, hahhaa... si, gracias a DIOS hasta el momento todo me esta saliendo super. Estoy pensando seriamente tomar el Net+, pero primero me dare yo mismo un descanso de 1 o 2 semanas. Estoy entre tomar el Net+ o el 216, pero aun no se bien.
Respecto al trabajo....eso me tiene nervioso. Lo veo demasiado bonito para ser verdad,hahahaha, de manera que hasta que no este trabajando, no lo creere. Aunque ya firmé la aceptacion y me quedaron de enviar el Drug test en estos dias (ayer me dijeron que lo enviarian en 48 o 24 hrs). Pero cual sera mi nerviosismo que no se si esta manana llegaron para darme el paquete; se suponia que venia de Estados Unidos (un sobre o algo asi). Yo debo tomarme la muestra y entonces el laboratorio la reenvia a Estados Unidos. No uso drogas, asi que eso no me preocupa, pero tengo la duda de si quien vino por la manana temprano a casa era para eso o no, no alcance a abrirle y se fue, pero era un carro comun, no de correo.
¿habra sido la persona de un laboratorio? mmmm...si fue asi, que rapido enviaron eso. Y si era....se fue y no recibi eso...damm...que hago! | |

| Antes que nada, gracias a Dios por la inteligencia y el empeño puesto de tu parte para pasar este examen, te felicito de corazon amigo.
Segundo con respecto a lo del paquete te sugiero comunicarte para que te digan si era de parte de la empresa que te quiere contratar, y te sugiero investigar un poquitin a la empresa a donde vas, ahora nadie sabe para quien trabaja.
En realidad te cuento que me alegra sobremanera tu exito, te sugiero sacar el network+, con mi experiencia en redes yo estudie el libro de sybex, hice unos examenes de boson y pase ese examen en 1 semana, fue facil, no creo que te cause problemas, aprovecha el rush de adrenalina que tienes por tu triunfo y dale una semana para poder ganar.

| Thanks to all....
Today, i did my Drug Screening, so...it's just a matter of time recieve the last letter or mail regarding my official work; accepting me officialy in the job. I think it could be friday, 'cause the test itself is not process here; it is process at New Mexico.
My Drug Screening test should be flying right now to continental USA!

No man!, hahaha, do not say that!
I've never smoke those stuff, just Marlboro and Camell, and not anymore (i'm afraid of get cancer). But yes, sounds weird, but my pee is flying now, hahahaa. My job depends of that pee!
