B Win 98 SE DHCP clients
C NT 4 WS DHCP clients
D Win95 OSR/2 DHCP clients
E WinME DHCP clients

G Windows 2000 DHCP clients
H Netware 3.11 clients.

Why is not G a correct answer also?

Windows2000 DHCP clients can register itself their A records with the DNS Server. They don't need the DCHP as proxy to register automatically on DNS Server.

A Windows2000 NO-DHCP client can register it Pointer and A record.

A Windows2000 DHCP client can register it A record with the DNS...and the DHCP register its Pointer record.
