| You know that Windows 2000 provides an advanced file signature tool, called File Signature Verification Utility. You want to use this tool to determine the status of file signing on your computers. How do you start the File Signature Verification Utility?
A) From the command line, enter "sfc".
B) From the command line, enter "fsv".
C) From Control Panel, select the System applet and then switch to the hardware tab.
D) From the Computer Management snap-in, use the Disk Management utility.
E) From the command line, enter "sigverif".
F) From the command line, enter "ver".

Correct answer was E .
From the Managing a Windows 2000 Network Environment Training Kit (page 29), you can launch the File Signature Verification Utility from the command line by typing "sigverif" and pressing Enter. The File Signature Verification Utility will then launch within the GUI. |
