| ruscorp is the network administrator for his Company's branch office.He recieves an email from the head office informing him that the new custom made software application will be deployed to all the Windows 2000 Professional computers in your branch office this evening.
When he arrives the next morning,(hungover),he finds that all the Windows 2000 Professional computers in your branch office freeze at the logon screen.
After a nasty phone call to the head office, he determines that a service installed with the new aplication is causing the Windows 2000 Pro computers to freeze.The faulty service is called "I/O Reader".
While the head office resolves the "I/O Reader" problem, he needs to have some coffee for the hangover and needs to help his Windows 2000 pro client users to start their computers normally and access network.
What should ruscorp do to each of the client computers?
A. Restart the computer using a startup floppy disk. run the fixmbr command.
B. Restart the computer using Recovery console.Run the disable "I/O Reader" command.
C. Restart the computer using the Win2000 Pro CD. Select the Option to repair the installation.
D. Restart the computer. Run the Computer in safe mode.

| Ahhh, a troubleshooting question. My personal favorite. The answer is 'B', disable the service silly ruscorp.

Choice B was correct.
