You know how on desktops the dos screen is always the full screen size and on laptops it is always a small window...

How do you get the windows startup screen, to change from the small 800x600 to fill the whole screen during startup of vice versa. It used to be full screen now, it's reverted back to a little 800*600 window. Sorry if this seems inconcise, I'm not sure how to describe the screen. It's during the windows initialization stage during startup, with the progress meter. Thanks...

In my IBM t20, that is adjusted in the bios setup.
