70-218 - Any advice?

I have already got 210,215 and 217. I have studied 216 at college although did not sit the ME cert.
Anyone have any advice on what I should do to prep for 218?

Read the actual book. It covers the first 3 core exams. 2 drag and place questions. Modem questions, permissions, rights, GPOs, scripts, updating, priorities, zone types, very little on active directory.
